Taragalte Festival October 2016

“Hymn for the Sahara” is a 3 day festival under the stars in the desert of south Morocco om 28, 29 & 30 October 2016. During this festival nomadic heritage and world music will be celebrated . Next to this the 3rd edition of the Peace Caravan promoting peace and stability in the Sahara and Sahel will be hosted. Relax in the dunes while listening to music & poetry, dance under the moon and enjoy art or participate in workshops about the fragile environment of the desert.

Sahara-Roots will be holding tree-planting activities. If you wish to plant your own tree in the Sahara during the Festival, please let us know! 10 euro or 100MAD per tree, 40 euro or 400MAD per Groasis Waterboxx including 2 trees.
